Starting to think that maybe I don't know how to get a small, simple, easily updateable, low maintenance, website up and running for someone these days.

I can only do large, complex sites that require relatively complex hosting, and regular technical expertise to keep running.

@benbrown Good idea. But in this case I think a CMS that abstracts away the files, for editors rather than dev/designers, would be useful. Which I don't think is Glitch's thing?

@philgyford@mastodon.social yes you still need a CMS but at least it is easy to update and run and not worry about SSL etc. And no VM to login to, update, etc.
