My anxiety levels have shot through the roof the last few days and it is hard to put my finger on why. But my jaw and teeth are really suffering for it.
My most unhealthy habit is eating lunch at my desk as often as I do instead of taking an actual break from work.

I got a cool enamel pin with a bighorn sheep on it and was proudly wearing it for a few weeks but the pin broke because I left my coat on the ground and I was very sad until I remembered the pack of tiny magnets I purchased at the DAISO the other day so now I've just superglued magnets to the back and my beautiful sheep will live on!!
