Oops, this morning I found out I introduced a bug that crashes the app if one of your the people you follow is slow to respond to the webfinger. Oops. Will fix after coffee.

another minor fix: order of posts in a thread were wrong on permalink page. now they are correct.

OK I just pushed a few fixes and updates!
- Now, when you follow a new person, the player will fetch their outbox, so your feed will immediately be seeded with their recent posts.
- The /api/outbox endpoint has been updated to the correct format
- The cached user data will be refetched once an hour

Fixed a minor problem with following people. Oops, checked for the wrong incoming request header.
